Meet and Greet BBQ Fundraiser Held at the V.F.W. to Support the Connie Mayle Campaign

Connie Mayle had a Meet and Greet BBQ Fundraiser on Sunday, May 20, 2007 at the V.F.W. picnic shelter on Pike Street in Marietta. It was a free event; however, donations were accepted.

Webers Catering on Third Street and Bud Anderson provided the picnic style lunch and drinks. Robert Franklin, a teacher at Marietta High School provided the music.

About 50 people attended the event. All proceeds raised during the 2 hour event will be used to purchase campaign materials for Mayle's 4th Ward City Council campaign.
