• I am actively involved in a number of community and civic organizations. Including the following: Kiwanis Club of Marietta, Easter Seals of the River Cities, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Historic Harmar Bridge Company, the Ohio River Sternwheel Festival Committee, the Women of the Moose, and a past member of the Partners in Education Committee at Marietta High School.

• I am Vice President of the Fenton Art Glass Collectors of America, Fenton Finders of the Mid-Ohio Valley Chapter.

• I joined the Washington County Republican Executive Committee this year. I am on the Communications Committee and design and maintain the Washington County GOP website.

• I have held many offices in the Kiwanis Club, including: Lt. Governor, President, Vice President and Board of Directors member.

• I have served as an Ohio Delegate at Kiwanis International Conventions in Miami Beach, New Orleans, Indianapolis and Honolulu. I have also served as a Delegate at Ohio Kiwanis Conventions in Toledo, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Akron.

• In 2006, I was named Distinguished Lt. Governor for the Ohio District of Kiwanis International.

• In 2000, I was named the Kiwanian of the Year for the Marietta Kiwanis Club.
